EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric with designs stitched in strands of thread. Embroidery machines are driven by computers that read digitised Embroidery files created by special software.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen Printing is the process whereby a logo is transferred onto a garment via a meshscreen. This method provides excellent coverage and is especially good for large and bold logos. Colours are printed one at a time, so accurate registration is essential.
SUBLIMATION PRINTING
A full-colour digital image is printed onto specialised paper using specialised inks.
The paper is firmly adhered to the garment surface and when heat is applied to the image on the paper by way of a heat press machine, the ink on the paper is transformed from a solid to gaseous state, infusing with the fibres of the garment.
